A Busy Life in Disarray

James frequently claimed he needed to run errands to the shop, leaving for a couple of hours before returning with minimal items, like a chocolate bar. ‘I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, and when I saw photos, I could just tell from the way he was holding the baby and looking at it that it was his,’ Anna says.
The Investigation Unfolds

Despite the pain, Anna decided to move forward. She told the children their father was going on a holiday, and after a period of adjustment, he returned for a few days to help transition their lives. Eventually, James left the home, marking the end of their marriage.
